What We Do
We exist to keep space for art. Our studios are practical, fairly priced, and community-minded—so painters, sculptors, designers, photographers, filmmakers and creative start-ups can do their best work without the premium price tag.
Our Story
Whirled Art began in interlinked railway arches at Loughborough Junction, creating a lively, shared hub for artists. In 2010, we expanded by transforming a disused Victorian warehouse into Forest Hill Studios — growing both our footprint and our community.
Today, Whirled Art supports a large and diverse group of creatives across multiple South East London locations, including Forest Hill and Lower Sydenham (Bell Green).
